Pretty cool.
I dont recommend your plan of action though. You can see the lack of quality of the shots that you pulled out of the bin. Not a good idea to "finish" something by a festival or contest deadline. Because that usually means, like this, it will be somewhat unfinished and you are then making excuses. And what word of mouth are your going to generate, how will it be viral, if people dont like it?. Not much.
Just keep working at it till it is done, make sure it is your best work. Always, always always, put your best work forward. Never put out stuff you have to make excuses for. In the long run youll have a much smother time of it.
I liked the good shots. Lots of potential.
