Gamefly? Reply with quote
Hey, I am wondering if anyone here has ever used or is currently using Gamefly in the Ellensburg area? I'm curious about how the shipping times are and how availability is of their titles.

I really have a lot of games I want to play, but I just don't have the money to buy them all and Blockbuster and Hollywood are expensive at like $6.99 for a five day rental or whatever their silly prices are.

I'm considering using GameFly, but I heard in the past that they were really slow at sending the games, but I haven't really heard anything about this area specifically or within the last year or two.

Thanks for any information!

Jeremy

It might be faster now than in the past since they opened a distribution center in Seattle last year.

Thanks for the response. I think I'm going to just try their 50% off first month deal and see how they are for that month. If it's way slow or the availability sucks, I might cancel.

I think I'm probably more concerned about availability though. Because if I chose the two games out at a time option, I could play one while waiting to get the second, then alternate. That way I'd always have a game to play and wouldn't have to wait.... Assuming they actually have the games I want to rent.

If this is still a current topic (I can't see post dates), I've been using Gamefly on campus since last year, and it takes 6-9 days to get a game after sending it in. Slow as all hell.
